Another "call and ask" MS Patch

I refuse to accept “we haven't tested it” as a valid excuse for requiring users to call and ask for patches for bugs like this.  It gives “I h4t3 M$” ranters ammunition and forces me to agree with them, which I hate.

Not only call, but wait on hold for perhaps 15-20 minutes, speak to three, count 'em, three people who each ask the same questions (have they not heard of computers and networks?) and in the end, after the first two reps asked me for email addresses (and me giving them one that will not ever find its way to my handheld, since I do not want to download this onto my pocket pc) the third person ignores that email address and emails it to another address I have on file. Geesz.
