Julien asked for opinions on database object naming conventions and he got them! A great discussion quickly ensued, with some great ideas; good habits with reasons to back them up. Some of the ideas just reinforced what I already do but there will definitely be some changes in the way I name things in my next big database project (which I'll be starting in a week or two).
