This Lindows guy amazes me, pretending to be surprised at how Microsoft is “attacking” his poor little innocent company. If you actually believed him, you would think that Microsoft is suing Lindows because they are a desktop OS company, as if “Lindows” was not a direct, intentional, calculated blow aimed at Microsoft. Who in their right mind can name a product (and company?) after the 800-gorilla and then act surprised when the gorilla takes a swing at them? Linux was named to intentionally invoke a feeling in customers, apparently UNIX is a pacifist. But just because you can walk up to a mime and call him names without getting beat up doesn't mean you can do the same to a schoolyard bully. Lindows is like the new guy in jail who walks right up to the biggest guy in the cafeteria on the first day and slaps him and then gets beat down. Except the CEO of Lindows is crying about it and saying he was sucker punched.
Listen, man, if you're going to be a loud and obnoxious CEO, you should be offensive and entertaining like Larry, not offensive and whiny like Nelly Olsen.
