SharpDevelop is pretty sweet. It feels so light and fast compared to VS.NET yet it isn't a little toy IDE at all. There are great features that VS wishes it had like #Unit built in for unit testing and a full project VB -> C# and back converter and most if not all of the features you require. And the price is right.
I play with a release of SharpDevelop every now and then, but I skipped a few before the last beta came out. I don't think I would replace VS with it but if I only had SharpDevelop and not VS.NET, I would be very sad.
This IDE will make .NET accessible to some shops that don't want to spring for an MSDN subscription and don't want to settle for .NET Matrix.
